EPIC Global Media is pleased to announce that it continues to be endorsed by The Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), cementing a cooperation which began in 2007.
Since its formation in 1993, CCA has taken a lead role in the effort to strengthen bilateral trade and investment between the United States and Africa, and to raise the profile of Africa in the US business community.
EPIC continues to work extensively in Africa, creating television and video productions that raise awareness of exciting opportunities in various sectors throughout the continent. EPIC’s work also challenges negative perceptions and stereotypes about Africa that have persisted in the media, with the goal of encouraging fresh dialogue and new partnerships. “To be able to share ideas and strategies with CCA is extremely valuable” said EPIC’s Production Manager James Brown.
The two organizations, which CCA President and CEO Stephen Hayes describes as being “ideally aligned” will continue to collaborate in their efforts to promote the continent of Africa in the United States and beyond.
