Abuse Prevention Organization to Host Event at July’s Action On Film Festival in Pasadena California

Pasadena, CA – The newly-found organization, Neglected Bloodlines, will host its first benefit event at this year’s Action On Film Festival. Along with showcasing films pertaining to victims of abuse, Neglected Bloodlines and Action On Film will present awards to the filmmakers who have also recognized abuse as a growing epidemic. “An Evening of Awareness” will take place July 27th at 7:00pm at the Regency Academy Theater in Pasadena, California.

Neglected Bloodlines is dedicated to providing resources to at-risk youth and adults in local communities. By providing necessities such as clothing, shelter, food, and counseling, the organization seeks to restore and bring back hope to the lives of men, women, and children suffering from various abuses. Timothy Littlefield, founder of Neglected Bloodlines, will host “An Evening of Awareness” to shed light on these victims and show attendees how they can help their local communities.

AOF Festival founder, Del Weston, says, “Tim Littlefield has proven without a shadow of a doubt that one voice in the darkness can make a difference in not just one life, but millions of lives. During the July 27th event, Neglected Bloodlines will premiere four short films that highlight the devastating effects of physical and sexual abuse on its victims. By recognizing abuse as a destructive and growing epidemic, Timothy Littlefield will stand along these filmmakers in place of the thousands of victims of abuse who cannot or do not have the courage to stand up for themselves.
